The dwellings are divided into six plots, tiered along the slope, facing the Gulf of Trieste. The twelve garages are lined along the road. Despite the steep slope, each dwelling has the benefit of a floor-level garden and is accessible via a cable car. Never-ending steps provide a secondary means of access.
